By accessing or using PromptForge Pro at forge.scribespark.online (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Website. By using PromptForge Pro, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Description of Service

PromptForge Pro is a free, browser-based AI prompt generation and management tool that helps users create structured prompts for AI language and image models. The service includes:

• Framework-based prompt building (AIDA, PAS, Story Outline, Code Explainer, and others)
• Freestyle mode for image generation prompts
• AI-powered prompt enhancement feature
• A local browser-based prompt library
• Multiple visual themes

The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice or liability.

Section 03
Acceptable Use

You agree to use PromptForge Pro only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service. Acceptable uses include:

• Generating AI prompts for personal, educational, or professional projects
• Writing creative fiction, marketing copy, technical documentation, or educational content
• Building and maintaining a personal library of prompts for your own use
• Sharing generated prompts with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Claude, and others

Section 04
Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use PromptForge Pro to:

• Generate prompts intended to produce illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing content
• Create prompts that facilitate the generation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
• Generate prompts for spam, phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity
• Produce prompts designed to incite violence, terrorism, or hate speech against individuals or groups
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Website's source code, design, or content for commercial use without written permission
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code into the Website or its infrastructure
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Website at a rate that causes unreasonable server load
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in permanent restriction of access to the Website and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Website, including its design, layout, code, graphics, text, logos, and the PromptForge Pro name, are the intellectual property of ScribeSpark / forge.scribespark.online and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Your Generated Prompts

Prompts you create using PromptForge Pro belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over the prompts you generate, save, or export. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the outputs you create using those prompts do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

AI Enhancement Outputs

When you use the AI Enhancement feature, the expanded prompt is generated by a third-party AI model (Google Gemini). The ownership of that output is governed by Google's terms of service. We do not claim ownership of AI-enhanced outputs.

Section 06
Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptForge Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties that any information obtained through the service will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Warranties that prompts generated will produce satisfactory results in third-party AI tools

Use of the service is entirely at your own risk. The quality and accuracy of AI outputs produced using prompts generated by this tool depends on the third-party AI model used and is beyond our control.

Section 07
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PromptForge Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
• Damages resulting from content generated by you or a third-party AI using prompts from this tool
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Damages from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 08
Third-Party Services

PromptForge Pro's AI Enhancement feature connects to Google Generative AI (Gemini) via an API. By using the Enhance feature, your prompt text is transmitted to Google's servers for processing. This is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Links to third-party websites (AI tools, documentation, etc.) are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party sites.

Section 09
Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of PromptForge Pro after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

Section 10
Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to PromptForge Pro at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason — including, but not limited to, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

You may also stop using the service at any time. Since no account is required, there is no formal account deletion process. Any prompts saved in your browser localStorage can be cleared by clearing your browser data.

Section 11
Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PromptForge Pro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
